Customer Service provides technical support to address questions from customers, dealers, service centers and technicians. Technical Support is provided through a world-wide network in conjunction with the manufacturing facility in Italy. Tecnam North America has a dedicated stock of replacement parts available to support the Tecnam fleet in the United States. Our desire is quick turnaround of all parts orders so that our customers can get back to what they enjoy most...flying. Parts can be ordered from the Tecnam North America headquarters in Richmond, VA, or from any members of our continually growing Service Center network.
Tecnam North America has created an online portal to provide all owners and registered maintenance facilities a dedicated place to find all documents, manuals, and information needed to properly take care of their aircraft. There is an Owners Portal for the actual aircraft owners, and an Authorized Login Portal for Service Centers and maintenance facilities. All of your POH's, Maintenance Manuals, Service Bulletins, Warranty Claim Forms, and LOA Applications can be downloaded directly out of these portals.
